Priority Response Restoration

Emergency water extraction, drying & monitoring — done to the IICRC S500 standard.

Every job is classified, documented, and monitored the way carriers expect — because our founder used to review these files from the other side of the desk.

Water Extraction

Extraction for Category 1 (clean), Category 2 (gray), and Category 3 (black) water losses. Category & Class determination at intake, documented in writing, using truck-mount and portable extraction equipment.

Drying Equipment & Monitoring

Air movers and LGR dehumidifiers placed to meet documented drying goals, with daily readings tracked against dry-standard targets. Equipment placement sheets and progress tracked to material-specific dry standards.

Wet Carpet & Pad Removal

Removal of saturated carpet and pad as part of the mitigation scope, when extraction alone won't dry the assembly. Disposal handled as part of the job.

Documentation & Completion Certificate

A complete, carrier-ready file: classification worksheet, moisture logs, timestamped photos, and a signed certificate of satisfactory completion. Xactimate-ready estimate, built for fast claim review.

Category 1 — Clean

Broken supply lines, faucet leaks, rainwater intrusion. Lowest contamination risk, fastest turnaround.

Category 2 — Gray

Dishwasher or washing machine discharge. Some contamination — requires care in handling and disposal.

Category 3 — Black

Sewage, toilet backflow, storm or seawater. Highest contamination — full PPE and containment protocols.

I watched the storm, so beautiful yet terrific. Almost before we knew it, we had left the ground. My two natures had memory in common. Mist enveloped the ship three hours
